I just ordered a new subscription. When will I receive my first copy?

Bay Nature is published quarterly in January, April, July and October. If we received your order by the 10th of the month preceding publication, your subscription will start with the upcoming issue. You should receive your copy in the mail within the first couple of weeks of the publication month.

If you ordered a new subscription but also wish to purchase the current issue or back issues, find those in our Issues Archive.

I didn’t get the latest issue in the mail, what can I do?

If you didn’t received your magazine copy within the first couple of weeks of the publication month (January, April, July or October), please contact our subscription service so we can verify your subscription status and address information, and send you a replacement copy.

I recently moved. How do I update my subscription address?

Please email, mail, fax or call in your new address information to our subscription service. Since the magazine is sent to subscribers at the nonprofit bulk rate, USPS mail forwarding does not apply, and we need your updated address to deliver your copies.

I renewed my subscription, so why did I get another renewal notice from you?

Your payment may have been received and processed by us only after our latest renewal notice was already sent. Simply ignore the renewal notice, you should not be receiving any further notices. If you’re concerned that your payment hasn’t been applied yet, please contact our subscription service to verify receipt of your payment.

Does Bay Nature offer discounted subscriptions?

We occasionally offer discounted subscriptions and gift subscriptions to introduce new readers to Bay Nature. Keep an eye on our home page and our online store to catch those offers!

We have also arranged subscription partnerships with a number of organizations through which you may receive a discounted or free Bay Nature subscription as a membership benefit of our partner organizations.

I prefer not to order through your online store. How else can I subscribe?
