Lauren Peters, enrolled with the Agdaagux̂ Tribe, is pursuing a PhD in Native American Studies at UC Davis. Besides sharing history, she is passionate about returning home children who died in Indigenous boarding schools and ending the invisibility of the original people in our state parks.
