From the state of California’s infancy, our relationship to San Francisco Bay, the most urbanized estuary in the United States, has been a complex one, ranging from a sense of wonder and awe to one of neglect and exploitation. Features interview with Marilyn Latta, former Save the Bay Habitat Restoration Manager.
